I've waited several months before I wrote this review. Been several times now and each time every pizza and corresponding toppings have all been well balanced, flavourful and perfectly cooked. It's an open kitchen, so you can see them at work too ! They may not have a fancy pants, copper glad 100 thousand pound oven.... but what they do have is passion, creativity and a respect for ingredients. I watch them handle those dough pucks, light and pillowy with real life in it. Don't expect thick bases etc...you have to appreciate their particular style and allow the flavours and Chewiness of the dough to make your taste buds tingle. I love the simple, yet well thought out interior which reflects the chefs personality. The service is very friendly and non-judgemental. The team work well together and are very helpful. The atmosphere is great and they have a well thought out drinks selection. I'm not sure what else I can say, suffice to say it's a real Gem, worth a special journey for sure ! They are also quite flexible if you want to substitute bases etc. It's one of the best pizza joints in the Yorkshire for sure. Obviously from my review, you will have noted that I'm a Pizza lover !
I have just eaten Vegan Pizza at its very best. Flavours to die for, simply the best. The most interesting and amazing combination of flavours. First class service too, can’t fault anything, only positive praise and would highly recommend. If you’re in Saltaire this is the place to eat !
One of the best pizza I have ever had in Leeds/Bradford area - it made me feel like I was back in Naples. Vegan option for my child who is lactose intolerant was nice too - you almost could not tell the vegan cheese from the fiordilatte. French cider and 0.5% beer from Northern Monk. I also liked the cycling-themed pizza names, remembering the great late Marco Pantani, "Il Pirata"!
Amazing pizza soo good. The bases are perfect and toppings are just right Got the salami and the garlic one. Not bad sizes. Wonderful place to start a little evening out. Parking on streets surrounding, many places. Good selection of upmarket drinks
Excellent pizza and nice beer on draft too. Couldn't ask for much more ... Even let us bring the pooch in while we ate the delicious pizza. Thin based stone baked style pizza was amazing. Not sure what the IPA was but that was very nice too. Great venue.
We absolutely love it here! The pizza dough is unreal and delicious and we are truly obsessed with the vegan cheese that is used - at no extra cost (very much appreciated this on the menu)! Very baby friendly here too which is great for us and our one year old.

AMAZING!!!! The service was wonderful, didn't know what to order and the lady behind the counter was super helpful and friendly. The owner (who was making the pizza's) offered some suggestions and even offered to change some topping for my preference. Then the pizza's came along...WOW!!!! Soo delicious, airy, the textures and taste perfectly complimented each other. The atmosphere was welcoming and warm, lovely music to accompany the equally lovely pizza I can safely say....once you've had these pizza's...you'll never go back to anything else! Highly recommended!
